About us

We are a small bespoke consultancy based in East London. We’re small, which means we’re adaptable and agile, able to support companies, teams and projects of all shapes and sizes.

We’re E-shaped people - digital generalists with deep knowledge of storytelling, facilitation, transformation and innovation. Our experience is spread across multiple industries - finance, law, media, utilities, FMCG and more - and what we’ve learned from our myriad projects is that many companies often face the same problems.

Problems like talented technical staff that can’t explain things to less technical clients. Teams struggling to shift to agile ways of working. Transformation projects that need to tell a strong story if they want to succeed.

We’ve helped companies equip their people with storytelling expertise, firms to implement complex software, and teams that are new to agile get confident presenting in Sprint Reviews. We’ve run workshops, gathered requirements and discovered opportunities for growth and improvement.
